Description
The primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of retail inventory planning and replenishment for 18,000+ client locations in Texas. This position will direct the planning, accuracy, and overall execution of an effective retail inventory allocation and management strategy. Supervisory responsibilities include management of order generation staff and activities.
- Experience in retail inventory replenishment strategy and execution
- Relentless communicator of strategy and roadmap to clients
- The ability to supervise a team of 10+ and handle multiple projects.
- Experience developing and using data metrics to evaluate and evolve performance
Scope
- Consistently informs internal and external clients of strategy and performance to plan
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of a situation or data needs evaluation of multiple factors, including a familiarity with current business trends.
- Follows processes and operational policies while selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Acts as advisor to management and/or subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
- Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis using Excel
- Present data trends, reports, and findings
- Provide thought leadership in driving improvements globally
- Manage ordering team to ensure compliance
- Establish expectations for Logistics Operations and measure compliance
- Lead effort in establishing a functional baseline for as-is-state
- Lead effort in defining the to-be-state with Stakeholders
- Own and define transition roadmap that includes the key components around business processes, process redesign, and change management
- Lead Monthly Business Review / Quarterly Business Review with client Stakeholders
- Working closely with other subject matter experts and stakeholders on competing/conflicting technologies, processes or staff requirements
- Lead requirement analysis sessions to gather key business objectives
- Identify and document gaps in process, system and reporting
- Lead in the definition and design of the functional reporting metrics
- Design and maintain all on-boarding training documentation and processes for new hires

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on Business Management or related.
- 5 years of related work experience
- 3 years of experience at a manager level
- Microsoft Excel at advanced level
- Nice to have Power Bi and Tableau

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $84,000 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
