Overview

 

IGT Texas is seeking a Digital Transformation Marketing Specialist to drive the evolution of our marketing strategies.  This role will blend creative storytelling with technical expertise, leveraging HTML, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital tools to enhance customer engagement, optimize trade marketing, and drive sales enablement.

Responsibilities

 

Digital Marketing, Animation & HTML Development


•    Develop animated content for digital campaigns, in-store monitors, and promotional tools.
•    Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create and optimize digital screens at retail and email/push notification marketing.
•    Work with developers and designers to ensure 2nd chance portal and mobile UX/UI integrates digital experiences effectively.
•    Engage with Texas Lottery Scratch Ticket Coordinator and IMARCS to execute 2nd Chance IMOs 

 

Mobile App & Digital Innovation


•    Oversee the development and marketing of mobile applications, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
•    Use CRM-integrated mobile strategies to personalize player journeys and drive engagement.
•    Enhance and evaluate mobile analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize digital marketing strategies.

 

Key Tools & Technologies


•    CRM Systems: Salesforce, LeanPlum, Microsoft Dynamics
•    Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau
•    Content & Animation: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma
•    Web & Email Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, HubSpot 

Qualifications

 

 

•    5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, trade marketing, or sales enablement.
•    Strong expertise in CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
•    Experience in email marketing and digital campaign optimization.
•    Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for digital marketing assets.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and technology teams.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
