Overview

The person in this role will provide administrative support in a variety of functions to support the Texas Account Team and facility. Collects, reviews, analyzes complex and/or confidential data and prepares reports, spreadsheets, and other presentation materials. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

Responsibilities

In this role you will purchase office supplies, maintain copy equipment, schedule travel through HUB vendor, coordinate facility events and after school facility events for the General Manager.  Acts as liaison for the Account with Facilities and Security, is backup to reception, will ensure common areas are appropriately stocked.  This role will also backup the financial analyst in providing daily sales report, daily CIS sales data entry to SAP, and monthly travel report and reconciliation

Qualifications

•   Demonstrated strong Word and Excel skills
•   Graduation from High School or equivalent, plus five (5) years' experience in a field related to the job.
•   Any combination of education and/or work experience will substitute for minimum qualifications
•    A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization required.
•    Excellent meeting planning and organizational skills.
•    Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful manner.
•    Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
•    Ability to work under minimal supervision under tight time constraints.
•    Ability to work independently, but also partner as a team player.
•    Able to prioritize and multi-task.
•    Demonstrated ability to understand business concepts.
•    Prepare spreadsheets and word documents of moderate to significant complexity.
•    Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus.
•    PowerPoint experience a bonus
