Responsibilities

• Ensures security and accountability of inventory through SAP transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review

• Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and cycle counts

• Perform regular, physical equipment and supply audits to ensure regulatory compliance and SAP accuracy

• Monitor consumables and shipping supplies to ensure adequate product is available

• Prepare forecasts and orders for staffing, supplies, and inventory to meet the demands of internal and external stakeholders

• Analyze open dispatch cases for local management team to monitor service level trends; generate appropriate reports

• Liaise with various business units including Field Services, Marketing, and Call Centers

• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure effective customer service

• Monitor, report, and escalate inventory and operational issues to appropriate business teams

• Process and activate account records in SAP and other applicable organizational applications

• Provide support with operation of warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)and Pick and Pack line, as needed

• Generate various reports utilizing appropriate applications

• Compile and document transactions for daily data entry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience in related position

• 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory control

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

• Must be able to work overtime as required

• Understanding of SAP inventory and service management transactions

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $30,100 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
