Overview

 

IGT is looking for a Project Coordinator for an exciting role to join our growing and vibrant Marketing Services team. As a crucial member of our B2C full-service digital marketing team, you will coordinate daily operational issue management (investigation, resolution, follow-up, communication) for multi-product iLottery and online real-money gaming customers. 

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, with excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
 

Responsibilities

 

•    Act as the operations point of contact for help desk and Georgia Lottery
•    Monitor projects/operations and escalate any issues that arise
•    Engage internal teams to ensure issue capture
•    Track problem resolution across involved technical teams
•    Provide updates on projects/operations to client
•    Communicate with client on project specific activities, such as meeting summaries and action points
•    Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of projects
•    Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
•    Work with the project managers to ensure project outcomes match requirements
 

Qualifications

 

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
•    1 to 2 years of in a business or project administrative position
•    Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required
•    Organization skills to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and work independently in a demanding, dynamic environment.
•    Communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deal with a diverse set of problem
•    Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group.
•    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, must be fluent in English
•    Customer first and efficiency of work as core values mandatory
•    Able to pass a Security Background Investigation

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $______ - $_______. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
