The goal of this position is to drive toward timely entry and delivery of orders to meet quarterly and year end revenue goals and customer needs.

  • Performs sales order management tasks for multiple jurisdictions and account executives from the receipt of orders to installation / shipment of machines as requested.
  • Fulfill orders for Machines, Conversions, Parts, Systems, Removals, and warranty reworks orders for complex jurisdictions in Latin America including Caribbean, Central America.
  • Configured orders as required ensure configuration, pricing, shipping terms, payment terms, licensing, compliance, and commercial invoice are accurate.
  • Scans and indexes documents into IXOS for audit purposes and revenue recognition.
  • Works on limited or smaller workload jurisdictions and with account executives within one region.
  • Executes as requested all or most of the tasks comprising semi-routine sales order administration workflows.
  • Coordinates between IGT departments and Account executives and customer regarding order status, compliance issues, product availability, pricing, documentation, and delivery of machines.
  • Account Administrators work closely with sales, field services, production, compliance, product management, quality, shipping, purchasing, accounting, legal, master scheduling and logistics.


  • 1-2+ years of experience in project management and supply chain/sales support experience focused on customer service and sales order management order to revenue cycles in a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
