Client Services, Field Service, and Call Center
The vision of the Client Services team is to be the best delivery leader in the gaming and lottery industry. IGT’s Field Services Lottery and Gaming technicians maintain an entire suite of equipment, from lottery terminals and systems to casino cabinets. Our Call Center team provides remote support, setting the standard for exceptional service. Our Instant Ticket Client Services team is the liaison between lottery, sales, and operations.
