This position is based in our Weston, FL site. Candidates should be in the Weston, North Miami, or Hollywood area (or commutable distance). 


Parts Administration Process 

  • Create Sales Orders and STO’s requested by FST and Sales 
  • Process credits, sales, and hold releases 
  • Create delivery documents
  • Prioritize material requests & maintaining backorder requests from FST
  • External Customer Parts Order Requests - Monitors & prioritizes external customer parts orders whilst checking backorders daily
  • Track incoming orders
  • Create new part numbers for site storages
  • Fill form request, assign storage location and contact tech number for new hires.


Logistics / Shipping

  • Picks & packs parts & material for Field Services and transfer material to the storage location in SAP
  • Create commercial invoice for International shipments and delivery notes
  • Create and request shipments specific to customer(s)
  • Create shipping labels
  • For pallets request BOL and labeling of pallets with BOL 
  • External Customer Parts Orders Packing


Raw Material Management

  • Oversees cycle counting for 7 storages 
  • Material Parts Forecasting
  • Parts movement discrepancy investigation
  • Manages warehouse space
  • Regulation of Material to be sent to repair
  • Create 1 for 1 process with depot repair, including creating parts 
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Material Parts Forecasting
  • Part Movement Discrepancy Investigation
  • Parts Research (Field Tech Support)
  • Stale Parts Management


Trade In Material Management

  • Identifies Parts & Material to be repaired or toss from removals


  • High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience is required.
