The System Administrator III, supporting Enterprise IT infrastructure is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and reliable operation of IGT's IT Infrastructure including AD, SCCM, SCOM, Office 365 and related servers and services (DHCP, DNS, etc.) with a focus on Information Security.

This role ensures uptime/availability, performance and security of the systems they manage to meet the needs of various IGT gaming operations and end-user computing.


The Systems Administrator is responsible for:

  • Proactive monitoring, maintenance and configuration of various IT Infrastructure.
  • Coordinating with various groups, troubleshooting critical incidents and to increase availability/reduce downtime of affected systems.
  • Monitoring incidents and service requests and providing appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Performing research on system technology and providing resolution to sophisticated challenges.
  • Administering and completing various activities as guided by management.
  • Developing complex system standards and recommending improvements to enhance performance.
  • Coordinating with management and evaluate capacity for various systems.



  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred


  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience required
  • 10+ years of work experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Core IT Infrastructure
