IGT is looking for a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our Commercial Functions/Stakeholders (IT, Benefits, Marketing, Operations, Sports Betting Markets and Sales) in supplier selection and management. Responsible for development and execution of Category Plans for assigned categories.

He/she will interface closely with Business Partners to understand business priorities and needs, and in turn, define specific initiatives to support the business. This role will also support the optimization of internal sourcing processes, workflows and interfaces in effort to reduce time of delivery and costs in support of corporate objectives and industry best practices.


This is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in the United States.


Responsible for development and execution of Category Plans for assigned categories

* Technology (Software and Services)

* IT Consulting Services (Strategy and Execution)

* Marketing and Advertising (Creative, Digital, Media Buying etc.)


12 years strategic sourcing experience, 8 years related experience required

Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred

Ability to understand business drivers, impact of services consumed by all business unit functions by way of total cost and service levels, quality, delivery, etc.

Strong understanding of competitive landscape and benchmarking.

Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing and category management.

Ability to develop relationships across all levels in the organization by earning trust and credibility through excellence in execution.

Ability to resolve conflicts and gain alignment across functional stakeholders.

Demonstrate expertise in driving change as a change agent

Demonstrate critical thinking versus transactional execution in all aspects of work.

Act as a SME for Strategic Sourcing in IT (SW/HW) categories.


The individual must have strong leadership skills including a demonstrated commitment to build consensus, share information and communicate clearly.
