Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Services Software Project Manager and you will focus on providing Software Project Management activities for Totalizator Sportowy on behalf of the PlayDigital Services team.

Responsibilities


•    Create and plan the release cycles for new product releases with PDP
•    Create and plan the services patches for Live products
•    Manage risks and resolve issues that could affect the release scope, schedule and quality
•    Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget
•    Coordinate release content
•    Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes
•    Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
•    Produce Deployment, Release check points, and Implementation Plans
•    Communicate release details and schedules to the Business and Customer as required
•    Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
•    Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
•    Maintains the release schedule for all core services
•    Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
•    Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities
•    Participate in Customer meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks i.e. CAT planning board.
•    Adopt a systematic approach towards identifying and resolving an incident or problem report.
•    Maintains a release repository and manages key information
 

Qualifications


•    University Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent job experience)
•    6 years technical experience with at least 2 years in a management or project leadership role
•    Essential special training requirements 
•    Experienced in the software delivery lifecycle, particularly code and release management
•    Motivated self-starter
•    Agile and Scaled Agile Framework knowledge would be preferable
