Overview

 

The Global People Services Payroll Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Belgium, Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Greece, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Italy payrolls. In addition to processing payroll this individual with have ownership of the timely submission of tax payments and filings.

Role Priorities

 

•    Manage and process the end- to-end Payroll Operations
•    Review monthly and annual tax declaration models
•    Prepare and gather information for audits
•    Prepare monthly journal entries as well as salary and severance accruals
•    Manage Flexible Retribution plan
•    Prepare monthly headcount reports
•    Act as contact for various departments to assist with payroll questions, time records, and other requests
•    Ticket management (review, answer and close request)
•    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
•    Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Strong background in payroll tax payments and filings
•    SuccessFactors Employee Central experience preferred
•    Strong Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
•    Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and matrix structure bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
•    Superior attention to detail
•    Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with management, colleagues, and the rest of the Human Resources function
•    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
•    Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
