Core Responsibilities

  • Conducting and coordinating an internal ISO 20 000 audit 
  • Responsibility for the external ISO 20 000 audit 
  • Support with external audits of ISO 27 001 and WLA 
  • Management of the Continual Improvement, Incident and Problem Management
  • Conducting and participating in local and global projects 
  • Preparation and conducting of internal and external trainings for the EOC / ICTS team 
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPI values, Dashboards and more 
  • Updating and verification of documentation necessary for the proper management of processes 
  • Process modeling for new projects 

Profile

  • Minimum education: High degree.  
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT support team, as an Process Owner or similar
  • Must be competent in key areas such as ITIL practices
  • Knowledge of ISO 20 000 and ISO 27 0001is a plus
  • Languages: Very good communication, written and spoken, in English
  • Other skills: must be flexible, autonomous, take initiatives, stress resistant, capable of prioritizing tasks & manage constant changes and multiple different tasks, able to work with remote teams  
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis
