Responsibilities

Your Role:
•    Creating project-specific requirements deliverables (Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents, Use Cases) and managing them via change control process;
•    Working with developers to ensure requirement understanding and solution feasibility;
•    Working with testers to resolve business and functional requirements intent and resolve testing issues;
•    Work with Lottery customers to understand their business needs to translate to product configuration;
•    Identification and analysis of functional gaps for products based on customer feedback;
•    Leading or participating in requirements workshops with project stakeholders (both internal and external);
•    Identifying issues and risks related to requirements and devising mitigation strategies;
•    Playing the role of Subject Matter Expert for key products within the framework of large projects;
•    Conducting customer aftercare meetings to identify ongoing issues and ensure high long term customer satisfaction;
•    Organizing your workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

A successful Candidate:
•    Has several years of experience working on medium-large scale projects;
•    Demonstrates experience in collecting, documenting, assimilating, estimating and prioritizing requirements with business input;
•    Has a strong understanding of the various software development life cycles as well as business and system analysis techniques;
•    Is able to understand complex, interconnected IT systems;
•    Demonstrates an interest in technical solutions and willingness to learn complex systems;
•    Is able to build strong customer relationships;
•    Demonstrates strong facilitation skills;
•    Is a team player demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
•    Is energetic, customer focused and dedicated to their work;
•    Has strong organizational skills;
•    Is able to handle demanding deadlines and simultaneous projects;
•    Is able to work within a flexible hours (customer meetings in different time zones);
•    Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
•    Ideally has experience in using JIRA and DOORS.
