About Us

Our Romania Play Digital office count 100+ great people and growing. A lot of our employees have a great (5-10+ years) experience and expertise coupled with a friendly, but professional environment. We are successfully creating games here on location since 2014, with well-established business, product, and processes.

Our Products are Online Multi Channel Games (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet) therefore we are using cutting edge technology in our production. Besides new techs we have well rounded processes as well.

What You’ll Do

•   Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•   Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
•   Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues.
•   Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including development, marketing, operations, and finance, to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment.
•   Foster effective communication channels, conduct regular project meetings, and provide status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
•   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
•   Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the project plan.

About You

•   Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects, preferably in a similar industry.
•   Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
•   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership abilities.
•   Proactive problem solver, capable of identifying and addressing issues promptly.

What We’d Prefer

• Experience working in the gaming industry.
• Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)
