IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems.  IGT Australia provides a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

We are searching for an experienced Game Design Manager to lead our Game Design team within our Sydney Game Studio and working with remote teams.


In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day running of the Game Design team.
  • Contribute actively to product outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of the Game Design team’s output.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Inspire and grow the Game Design team.

Experience, Skills and Attribute:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering or a related field, or the equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Excellent jurisdictional knowledge ANZ, APAC (Global if possible).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Software development experience (C, C++, C#).
  • Proficient in EXCEL.
  • 8+ years' experience in Game Design for slot products.
  • Proven track record in delivering great slot products.

  • Previous experience with AGILE teams.
  • Jira / Confluence experience.
  • Experience with working with remote teams.
