Responsibilities
  • Telephone Answering Service
  • Mailing attendance
  • Troubleshooting (Technical support)
  • Resolution of basic financial queries
  • Case tracking
  • Escalation of interdepartmental consultations
Qualifications
  • 6 months experience in customer service
  • Secondary School.
  • English Basic Level
  • Ms Office intermediate level
