Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The person in this role will provide administrative support in a variety of functions to support the San Antonio Sales Team and District Sales Manager. Communicates with sales representatives and retailers daily and answering questions and providing support. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities, as necessary. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Admins are responsible for the Texas Work Order Management process.  Admins open and close work orders daily that are tied to contractual deadlines for Retailer Training/Refresher Training, Installation of Equipment, Relocation of Equipment, Change of Ownership and Termination of retailer licenses. Each contractual element has a specific number of days allowed. Example: Retailer training must be completed within 14 working days from the retailer approval date.
  • You will be responsible for compiling the monthly non-compliance, staff vacancies and retailer/rep ratio reports as needed per requirements.
  • You will act as liaison with Facilities and Security for the district office ensuring common areas are maintained and supplies are appropriately stocked.
  • In this role you will purchase kitchen and office supplies, maintain copy equipment for district facilities.

 

Qualifications

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Required (high school, college degree, training, or certifications requirements)

  • High School or equivalent

 

 

Preferred Education, Experience or Skills (preferred degree(s), software, experience, equipment, etc)

College education a plus, but not required PowerPoint skill a plus, but not required. Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus, but not required.

 

Skills Required (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements)

Demonstrated strong Word and Excel skills Prepare spreadsheets and word documents of moderate to significant complexity. A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required. Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization required. Excellent meeting planning and organizational skills. Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful manner. Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to work under minimal supervision under tight time constraints. Ability to work independently and partner as a team player. Able to prioritize and multi-task. Demonstrated ability to understand business concepts.
