Serves as the “face” of IGT to customers from our Operations Center and ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction. Works in a 24x7x365 centralized, network operations room accountable for event operations monitoring on a high volume of games and systems across several jurisdictions. Participates in monitoring and reporting on progressive systems game events at the floor level via case management systems to ensure the network and systems are functioning properly, securely, and in compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. Participates in monitoring regular activities and/or focuses on coordinating scheduled change activity such as installs, removals, preventive maintenance, or conversions to update multiple databases and maintain accurate configuration management database records.
Performs dispatching, administrative, and related data entry activities in support of Field Service operations and provides advanced service desk technical operations support to IGT customers by diagnosing reported incidents or service requests and resolving or escalating appropriately. 
Communicates effectively with internal and external customers as well as co-workers; works well in a team environment. Other duties as assigned.

24x365 operational support of our product development and systems integration teams, our lottery operations and customers, monitor IGT's enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.

  • Assist in the daily operation of computer systems.
  • Carry out all tasks on the daily checklist under supervision.
  • Generate reports required. Assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports and other output before releasing it from Computer Operations.
  • Assist in the recovery activities necessary to restore normal operations.
  • Follow the correct escalation procedures within Computer Operations and other Departments who are inter-dependent.

•Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience
•Ability to work 12 hours shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
•Ability to work Holidays, Weekends, Day and Night Shifts
•Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and complex software applications 
•Willing to work overtime and/or make schedule adjustments as needed
•Must Possess strong Customer Service skills
•Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
•High School diploma or equivalent
