Role Overview

IGT, global leader in Lotteries segment is  looking for a newgraduate profile to be placed within the Demand area (process area and/or functional analysis and SW development) in complex IT contexts. 

The internship will take place in a hybrid mode 50% in the office and 50% remotely and the office location is Rome 
Expense reimbursement: 1000 euros net + meal vouchers 11 euros each
 

Main Activities

 

The ideal candidate will act as an interface between the Lotto business functions of the company and the IT functions and in particular will be mainly responsible for: 

- manage in the role of Project Manager of projects, jointly with the internal customer, defining priorities, time-to-market expectations and constraints;
- support business functions in identifying and declining technology needs; and
- support IT functions in defining solutions that ensure satisfaction of the needs expressed by the business, contributing to functional analysis, definition of technical solutions and delivery plans, and overseeing functional testing by the internal   customer;

- Ensuring the constant updating of the plan of ICT activities of competence, coordinating feedback from the IT teams involved
- Managing Incident Reports
- Monitoring of SLAs
- Coordination and Management of technical and infrastructure activities inherent to the relevant business

Requirements

 

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer physics or equivalent 
- Recent graduate
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge in Project Management and Agile methodologies are considered a plus
- Technical skills in Information Technology are considered a Plus

The ideal profile is completed by: interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, analytical and planning skills, strong customer orientation and a curious attitude towards technological evolutions and their application to the reference context.
