Role Overview:

This position supports the Finance Sr Director, Supply chain Gaming International, managing the business planning, monthly actual results, and forecasting. Generates reports, analysis, and presentations as required. Develops budgets and forecasts for supply chain functions and other correlated functions as necessary. Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for operating expenses and helps identify areas where cost improvements can be realized. Assists with the month end close process.


  • Primarily assists the Supply Chain Gaming international segment with various analysis as required, planning requirements, and monthly analysis of actual variances against prior year, budgets, and forecasts
  • Develops detailed forecasts and annual five-year planning output, coordinating with Global International management. Updates the corporate planning tool, BPC.
  • Prepares standard variance reporting and summary reporting materials for management reviews
  • Analyzes actual results, prepares analysis in support of month-end closing activities, prepares journal entries, performs other finance responsibilities as necessary supporting the accounting function and/or accounting policies
  • Assists with maintaining unit cost measures, aiding in performance and cost management
  • Identifies areas where cost improvements can be realized and assists in the tracking of segment-wide cost savings actions
  • On-going assessment and improvement of the processes supporting the above activities
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with business systems (SAP/BPC a plus) and financial reporting software
  • Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications
  • Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various business partners and senior leadership levels.
  • Results-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work product
  • Leadership potential


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Cost Accounting required
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience
