  • A fast-paced high visibility Transportation Supervisor role within the Logistics Operations team working for the world's biggest end-to-end gaming and lottery provider, with the opportunity to streamline processes and lead a team of 5-10 direct employees as we optimize our operations.
  • We are looking for strong leaders who can help incorporate the addition of new products and materials and help us to continue as the strong, world world-class manufacturing and warehouse organization recognized as a key component to our recent integration.
  • A cross-functional collaborator who will work with multiple areas inside and outside of Nevada serving IGT's global internal and external customer base.
  • A successful candidate with a balance of creative and analytical thinking abilities, and who will be part of an established high-performing team with the ability to make good business decisions independently while maintaining a big-picture focus.
  • A leader who accomplishes human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees. 



  • 1 - 3 years of Direct supervisory experience
  • Transportation and Logistics operations and systems experience
  • 1 – 3 Years of Domestic and International Shipping Experience 
  • Strong understanding of Truckload, Less-than-truckload, Air and Ocean transportation modes.
  • Associates Degree, or 3 years of industry experience  
  • Dependability
  • Reporting/Analyzing Information
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Ability to motivate and lead people
  • Good organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills including all MS Office
  • Possess the ability to adapt to and manage through change effectively



  • SAP experience or knowledge
  • Small Parcel shipping experience 
  • Bachelor's degree
