Overview

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications, is responsible for the strategic direction, design, implementation, and support for IGT’s SAP ECC solution, other integrated subsystems such as Enovia Matrix and home-grown applications, that are currently in place supporting North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC regions.

This role is accountable for the company's general business functions within the ERP-SAP environments, which include Forecast-to-Finish, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay workstreams as well as Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Production Planning, Service, Sales & Distribution, and other multi-functional modules. This role applies extensive knowledge of both SAP and third-party applications to satisfy business requirements in a dynamic environment.

This role will also be required to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, collaborators, and IT to achieve the intended value propositions of critical initiatives. This role directly manages a team of SAP Business Analysts and Enovia Matrix developers, while working closely with other Enterprise Apps leaders and Business to collaboratively define, deliver and support SAP ERP solutions and other Enterprise applications.

This role will play important role in planning and implementation S4 HANA in the coming years.

You Will:

  • Build, manage, and deliver a portfolio of Enterprise Apps programs and projects that improve business process capabilities
  • Collaborate with business partners across multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Negotiate delivery priorities with multiple business and/or business solution teams
  • Be strategic in evaluating customer requests so that the requests that has business value are considered and prioritized.
  • Guide the evaluations of new Enterprise Apps solutions, make product selections, and lead implementations.
  • Manage vendor contracts, licenses, renewals, and corresponding statements of work.
  • Lead a team of architects, technical teams, functional analysts, and AMS partners to deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
  • Support systems validation/testing to SOX, and other regulatory compliance, as needed.
  • Work with Enterprise Apps management and staff to develop and maintain standards, processes, and documentation.
  • Supervise staff; including, but not limited to, organize, and prioritize work, write/conduct performance reviews, train/develop, and manage work performance.
  • Communicate goals clearly to employees to ensure understanding and success in achieving them.
  • Empower, mentor and inspire employees to do their best work.
  • Maintain morale and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports to Enterprise Apps leadership and business partners.
  • Participate in incident management activities for critical incidents, outages, or other performance issues.
  • Manage consultants and contractors, both on-site and offshore, as needed to support various projects.
  • Be Hands-on manager, having good experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and other Logistics modules.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of overall experience in SAP ERP technology, including implementation experience
  • 3+ years of management experience, directly leading a technology team
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Solid grasp of business strategy and change management skills
  • Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances
  • Solid attention to detail; quality oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Travel Requirements

Travel, including overnight stays, is required based on business need; about 5%.
