Reporting to the Treasury Manager of North America Treasury Operations, the Senior Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury activities for North America Gaming and Lottery. Along with strong technical, analytical and communication skills, the ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized, flexible and self-motivated. This position requires corporate cash management or treasury experience and an understanding of GAAP. 

Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare daily cash position and ensure adequate liquidity
  • Prepare and update cash forecast 
  • Approve daily treasury transactions
  • Assist in executing foreign exchange transactions 
  • Execute short-term borrowing activity
  • Review and approve journal entries 
  • Track and assist in the issuance of letters of credit and bonds
  • Assist with cash management strategies in terms of banking relationships, maintaining optimal bank account structure (including opening/closing/updating authorized account signers) and bank fee management
  • Conduct monthly closing requirements for cash balances and reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Administer online banking portals 
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and SOX Compliance 
  • Establish and build collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners 
  • Perform Treasury projects as needed with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Support other treasury functions as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Economics 
  • 5+ years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience; Treasury experience preferred
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • CTP preferred 
  • SAP experience preferred
