Overview

 

The IGT ADVANTAGE intern position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Enablement team serve the IGT ADVANTAGE install base and support Sales Enablement.  This includes working collaboratively with a cross functional group of departments including, executive management, sales, product management, support, marketing, delivery, finance, compliance, and other key stakeholders.  The candidate must be highly organized and have a passion for providing customer satisfaction and success. 
 

Responsibilities

 

•    Assist in coordinating the Operational Audits and actionable insights to improve client results and team strategy which lead to upsell opportunities 
•    Assist with internal communications for, case studies, escalations, dashboards, risk, and health scores. 
•    Represents the company at gaming shows, and other promotional events
•    Manage Trade Show appointment schedules
•    Assist with scheduling training for CSMs
•    Assist Customer Success Managers (CSM) to document audits and verify audits to match with finance 
•    Monitor the CSM Queue for Enhancement Requests
•    Help with contact updates in Sales Force
•    Assist with Customer Workshops
•    Develop Showcase Customer literature
•    Update marketing events calendar
•    Marketing / sales presentation materials organization/audit and assistance with editing and updating materials
•    Performs other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

 

•    Working knowledge to strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to plan and facilitate meetings
•    Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
•    Some travel may be required – visit customer sites and trade shows when needed. 
•    Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize competing initiatives
