The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for controlling inventory of finished goods required for projected or forecasted sales and distribution demand and be based in our Reno, Nevada facility.


* Manage KPI’s, MBO’s and SLA’s
* Manage replenishment cycles/monthly monitoring for all material
* Provide inventory management training
* Manage/ establish FIFO process
* Manage monthly cycle count adherence
* Manage / establish physical / electronic spot audit process
* Manage / create monthly dashboard – scorecard update
* Manage billable vs non-billable trending data / policy review
* Manage consumable [non inventory] is visible and define best practices adherence
* Review FS TOPA to identify issues, training needs,
* Manage scrap / return material not used by FS > 1 yr.
* Manage RMA material > 30 days
* Ensure material is placed back in stock once received in Reno (i.e. extensive lag time) 
* Manage service turns
* Manage / define reward system and non0adherance for FS locations who exceed/not meet expectations  
* Manage all processes / documentation
* Manage process to block new material when used is available / needed (review used part # creation)


* High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
* 2 - 4 years of related experience is required.
* Experience working with MS Suite products and Adobe Acrobat
* Ability to use resources effectively
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently with heavy attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible when priorities change
* Must possess good oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor
* Must be able to perform work and communicate on an inter-departmental level
* Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong follow up skills
