About You
We’re seeking an experienced Producer Manager to join us in delivering the next generation of MLP, Video, and Stepper products for a worldwide audience. We are a passionate team who embrace ambiguity and are excited to solve FUN, real-world challenges. As the Producer Manager you will own your own games from concept to release while being responsible for mentoring, leading, and guiding a team of experienced Producers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the development, from concept to release, of assigned games and manages the product development cycle tasks to deliver products that satisfy corporate, licensor, and market requirements on-schedule, within budget and with desired functionality.
  • Defining the technical and creative vision, creating, and maintaining product documentation, leading a game development team to successfully accomplish the vision.
  • Coordinating inputs from a variety of creative and knowledgeable individuals, prioritizing feedback, and communicating outcomes to leadership and game teams
  • Is an SME on industry trends, sharing insights and inspiration with the studio based on market evaluation and on-going research.
  • Managing employees who perform similar or related tasks, has direct and indirect reports.
  • Provides mentorship and direction to Producers, Designers and creative talent providing regular feedback that helps them move forward along their IGT career path.
  • Encourages curiosity and challenges staff to continually develop their creative skills and the overall skill level of the department.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and creates career development plans for personnel.
  • Attracts, retains, and motivates a high-performing creative team through creation and maintenance of a collaborative and supportive development culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Gaming, Design, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Brings a solid and relevant portfolio of 7+ years that includes unique, successful, and relevant projects in the gaming industry and/or casino gaming.
  • Demonstrated experience via multiple shipped titles in a lead role with oversight of a design group or creative discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate product vision and align creative vision with both internal partners and an intended market.
  • Experience collaborating with teams of strategists, creatives, designers, producers, account managers and content developers.
  • Experience managing and cultivating the career development or staff members.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the gaming industry

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $84,000 - $185,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
