Reporting to the Director of Treasury and Credit, the Credit Analyst will support all aspects of global credit management. Along with strong analytical and communication skills, the ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized, flexible and motivated. 


Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:

  • Review orders on credit hold, evaluate the customer’s standing and determine if the credit hold is released according to policy. 
  • Execute logical and sound decisions while following established policies.
  • Update and maintain customer databases within ERP system.
  • Contact and verify credit references.
  • Respond to external credit reference requests.
  • Research and respond to internal/external inquiries.
  • Evaluate and provide credit risk and credit limit recommendations. 
  • Maintain sensitive information confidential.
  • Research, evaluate, and analyze information for entities located throughout the world using internal/external sources.
  • Research global markets.
  • Perform special projects as required by management.
  • Assists with implementing and continuous adherence of credit policies and procedures.
  • Establish and build collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners. 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Credit, Collections, Finance or Accounting experience
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • SAP experience preferred
