Overview & Responsibilities

The Sr. Mgr. of Finance of the Corporate FP&A team will work closely with the Sr. Director, FP&A and Sr. VP, FP&A to provide strategic support and analysis for the following:


•    Prepare standard reports for month-end close, forecasts and budgets
o    Assist in preparation for Board meetings, earnings releases, and other corporate presentations
o    Prepare key competitive analysis and other ad-hoc analyses for management
•    Investigate variances to prior forecasts and budget and provide further insights for analysis
o    Challenge assumptions where appropriate and resolve discrepancies.
•    Support ongoing changes to finance-related processes and ensure adoption through systems and tools
•    Maintain good communication with team members and leadership
•    Provide ad-hoc analysis and business modeling for special projects


•    Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required, MBA degree or CPA designation preferred
•    Minimum Experience: 6-8 years in finance or accounting functions
•    Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively with various cross-functional audiences at all levels within the company
•    Superior analytical and financial modeling skills; results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality end product
•    Experience with general accounting principles and procedures (GAAP), financial forecasting techniques, compiling and presenting financial analysis
•    Outstanding communication, influencing and relationship-building aptitude
•    Technical proficiency with willingness to learn new technologies
o    Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
o    Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC a plus
