IGT is seeking a motivated professional to join our License Compliance team in Providence, RI.


•    Learns and develops professional expertise and concepts. Applies company policies and procedures and jurisdictional specifications to complete assigned tasks and help resolve a variety of issues.
•    Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally.
•    Complete, prepare, and submit low-level individual and corporate regulatory license applications with supervision.
•    Maintain confidential company and personal data 
•    Manage dates and priorities for assignments
•    Interact and communicate with regulatory agencies as instructed with supervision.
•    Interface with key management on personal licensing matters as instructed with supervision
•    Respond to regulatory document requests as instructed with supervision.
•    Assist with regulatory investigation preparation 
•    All documents and information maintained should be error free and of the highest quality. 
•    Manage personal data updates for individuals
•    Support and maintain license tracking systems for all license types
•    Identify areas of concern for escalation 


•    1-4 years previous project coordination experience or previous work in the compliance field is preferred
•    Experience working with MS Suite products and Adobe Acrobat. 
•    Requires the ability to complete application forms; ability to use resources effectively; must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently with heavy attention to detail; must possess good oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor; must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
