Product Management Director Data and Analytics is responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics across the Lottery product portfolio with a goal of providing the right information at the right time via the right tools. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining tools, applications, and processes used to collect, store, exchange/share and analyze data in order to provide practical insights across all sales channels (retail and digital), and all aspects of Lottery business operation.

This individual oversees the analytical approaches, methodologies, and KPIs across the portfolio and is directly responsible for the company's Lottery business intelligence solution, with a mission to help our internal and external customers to become more data-enabled and data-driven while ensuring high level of consistency across products.

This position could be held from Providence, RI; Reno, NV; Las Vegas, NV; Austin, TX; Roma, Italy; Warsaw, Poland or Watford, UK


Product Focus

  • Become a central point for all data and analytics needs and product requirements, working with other product managers to align the strategic priorities, dependencies, and roadmap across the product portfolio.
  • Design, improve, and maintain analytics dashboards, embedded analytics, reports, and metrics that effectively measure critical metrics and communicate to the appropriate users.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and users to understand business needs, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on the solution.
  • Document product requirements, manage backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Support product management team in establishing and supervising product metrics and results.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of new features and functions.
  • Be passionate about product and customer experience.

People Management

  • Lead a small team of 1-3 Product Managers.

Market and Trends Analyses

  • Evaluate industry, retail market, and technological trends, business opportunities, competitive intelligence, and financial factors to determine data and analytics strategy and roadmaps.
  • Stay current on all processes, techniques, tools, and industry standard methodologies to ensure the Lottery solution is at the forefront of data and analytics solutions in the marketplace.

Data Governance

  • Leads all aspects of data management and governance processes that facilitate high quality data and insights.

Sales Support

  • Participate in trade shows, demos, customer meetings, and conferences to evangelize products.
  • Take part in the creation and evolution of sales and marketing collateral and business proposals.


  • 6+ years experience in data analysis or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in Product management or program management.
  • 3+ years experience leading people.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • Technically competent to influence and understand the data solution context and approach and collaborate with architecture and engineering on solution design and development.
  • Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work with very granular data in order to understand the problem and craft a solution.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to efficiently collaborate with both business and technical teams, engage and influence senior leaders, and make impactful customer presentations.
  • Experience with data governance process and tools is a plus.
