The successful candidate will be part of a worldwide team and collaborate with the OT Administrator for Italy, who manages the OneTrust instance for the Italy segment of IGT. The successful candidate will be a part of the data privacy compliance team and will be located in Providence, RI. 


•    Configure and manage the OneTrust software, hardware and network for the US/International instance in support of US/International business segments including Gaming, Enterprise IT, People and Transformation and Lottery.
•    Coordinate management of the US/International OneTrust instance with IGT’s global data privacy team, the IGT Chief Information Officer and staff, the IGT Information Security Department, the Italy OT Administrator and the Data Privacy Officers.
•    Build an internal on-line site with technical documentation, manuals and IT procedures that include:
º    developing, implementing and maintaining processes for providing, assigning, modifying, reassessing and removing user access, roles and permissions;
º    developing and providing training and instructional materials (including videos) that cover topics such as (1) the OneTrust tool overview and options, (2) data privacy questionnaires for vendors and businesses, (3) data privacy impact assessments, (4) records of processing activities, (5) training on OneTrust tool functions and modules; and (6) developing and maintaining how OneTrust application training will be rolled out and offered to US/International stakeholders and business segments.
•    Monitor performance and maintain the US/International OneTrust instance. 
•    Ensure security of the US/International OneTrust instance through access controls, backups and firewalls.
•    Troubleshoot issues and respond to service outages and other problems regarding the US/International OneTrust instance.
•    Scripting or light programming and project management for projects related to the US/International OneTrust instance.


•    Bachelor’s degree required.

•    Two or more years of OneTrust experience in an organization with over 5,000 employees and multiple business segments and demonstrated experience adjusting the OneTrust tool to an organization’s needs and requirements.
•    2-3 years of experience within the Technology/SaaS industry highly preferred.
•    Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, Product Management, Sales, Compliance, etc.).
•    Proven ability to build trust, communicate effectively, instruct and train day-to-day users of the software, and to work with Senior executives. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to host instruction videos and webinars.
•    Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities for adjusting in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
•    Availability to travel.
