Reporting directly to the Global HRIS Lead at IGT, the person will be responsible for the continuous development of the HR Systems Manager, while having a strong focus on: innovation, new digital and agile methodologies.
The position is based in IGT office in Rhode Island.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the HR system projects (design, testing phases..) and ongoing maintenance for area/processes assigned, assuming a leading role for some key projects within the CIO area
• Manage the e2e technical Landscape of HR the systems with particular focus on the integration management and the periodic system upgrade
• Analyse the needs of the IGT Stakeholders and support the HRIS lead in the definition and management of the annual IT project portfolio
• Contribute to the innovation on the HR systems area by proposing new solutions to the business Stakeholders for the areas of responsibility
• Coordination of a team of internal and external resources distributed on multiple locations globally




Main Qualifications


• Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Economic Management
• Recognized HRIS experience
• 10+ years of experience within HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
• Deep knowledge of HR processes and proven hands-on on HR systems
• Cloud based HR application certification is a plus
• Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and HRIS best practices
• Fluent English required
• Good Project management skills on HR system implementations
• Strong skill in team management
• Multinational experience is a plus
