In this role not only will you support the lifecycle of SuccessFactors, but also participate to the journey of  transitioning our HR platforms into the new cloud era. It’s never too late to join the fun and serve as an operational expert for human resources information systems. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes/modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0
•    Maintain running integrations among systems, run control tools and proactively reacts to technical issues to help to maintain the system running
•    Support the manager to analyse the needs of the IGT Stakeholders for the area of responsibility


Main qualifications
•    Master’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent
•    4+ years’ experience with HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
•    Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system.
•    SuccessFactors associate certifications on the Recruiting and Onboarding modules will be considered a plus
•    Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and best practice
•    Successfactors Workforce planning knowledge is considered a plus
•    Multinational experience is a plus
