Overview

The Global People Services Data Quality Analyst (HRIS Analyst) is responsible for sourcing and analyzing data gathered from HR systems and other data sources and working with various internal partners and management. You will define and prioritize data requirements, publish regular reports, and provide end user documentation and training to management and employees. Your work product is responsible for informing management of critical trends and implementing solutions to help meet business objectives and enhance the employee experience. Help manage data inputs and outputs by assisting with system management.

Responsibilities

•    Responsible for maintaining data integrity and a high level of accuracy in the HRIS system by acting as the steward for all HR data
•    Enforces data integrity, quality and cleanliness across all source systems and processes
•    Manage the Position Management module in Success Factors HRMS
o    Includes creating new positions, updating existing positions and inactivating unused positions.  Interpret, research, confirm and enter position attributes including reporting structure
o    Includes day-to-day position changes and maintenance, as well as comprehensive projects
•    Create end user documentation, deliver in-person and online training and ensure system documentation and procedures are updated
•    Provide end users and business partners assistance with inquiries and troubleshooting of errors or issues
•    Validate that processes are being executed as expected (proper outcomes, timely execution, etc.) 
•    Update, validate, and correct employee records or business processes to ensure proper and timely outcomes 
•    Generate and execute basic reports or queries and provide summaries of data for use in trend analysis or decision making 
•    Ensure data integrity by regularly performing data audits, validations, and corrective actions
•    Responsible for system testing, business process testing and error detection when new process or system enhancements are put in place
•    Analyze current processes and systems for overall effectiveness and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes
•    Audit and identify data inaccuracies and work in partnership with system users to correct

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field
•    3-5 years of related experience involving process execution, data management, issue resolution, and end-user training
•    Prior SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central experience 
•    Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Ability to audit data and recognize data issues and inconsistencies 
•    Strong service orientation and accountability to problem resolution and end user support
