We are looking for a Fraud Agent Support to work in our Virtual Online Casino business unit. You will support our 2nd shift which operates within a 24 x 365 fraud operation for IGT. Your main responsibilities will be to adhere to appropriate policies and procedures relating to fraud and potential fraud, whilst also taking responsibility for supporting and reviewing proactive processes and reports.


•    You will perform operational tasks determined by policies and procedures relating to fraud and potential fraud. 
•    You will undertake operational risk management duties primarily focusing on: game play reviews, regulatory review procedures, credit card fraud and operational fraud
•    Ensure key security and risk objectives are met by effective management of company and third-party risk tools
•    You will complete a variety of account and payment administration tasks relating to daily finance and client support queries
•    You will manage player accounts including fund transfers, account privileges, payment requests etc.
•    Generate reports and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
•    Respond to and challenge potential chargeback transactions
•    You will process debit/credit card, bank payment transactions in a timely manner
•    Focus Areas: Risk management, KYC, AML, Credit card fraud and Operation fraud.



•    Must be able to support 24/7 fraud operations
•    Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
•    You will have an understanding of the unique qualities of working in a small, dynamic independent team
•    Ability to understand business needs
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
•    Previous experience within online fraud and payments industry is beneficial
•    Good knowledge of “Microsoft Office” applications such as; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
