The Cashless Payments team is one of the fastest growing teams at IGT.  We are enabling expansion of IGT’s high priority cashless product portfolio in support of the wider industry trend toward contactless interactions and cashless payments. Position Overview

In this 2nd shift Fraud Agent II position you will support a 24x365 fraud operation at IGT. The main responsibilities will be to adhere to appropriate policies and procedures relating to fraud and potential payments fraud, whilst also taking responsibility for supporting and reviewing proactive processes and reports. 


•    Perform operational tasks defined by policies and procedures related to fraud and potential fraud
•    Undertake operational risk management duties primarily focusing on game play reviews, regulatory review procedures, credit card fraud and operational fraud
•    Manage player accounts including fund transfers, account privileges, payment requests, etc. 
•    Process debit/credit card, bank payment transactions in a timely manner in accordance with the company risk and fraud policy
•    Complete a variety of account and payment administration tasks relating to daily finance and client support queries
•    Proactively manage the prevention of fraudulent activity by reviewing reports, system generated alerts and accounts 
•    Chargeback management including responding to payment disputes and chargebacks while tracking potential losses 
•    Maintain and respond to escalations in a timely manner and drive towards resolution of reported customer complaints  
•    Generate ad-hoc reports as required in a timely and accurate manner
•    Conduct investigations as defined through processes and procedures into fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activities
•    Ensure key security and risk objectives are met by effective management of company and third-party risk tools
•    Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations 
•    Focus Areas: Risk Management, KYC, AML, Credit Card Fraud and Operations Fraud
•    Additional duties as required 


•    Must be able to support 24/7 fraud operations
•    Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
•    Have an understanding of the unique qualities of working in a small, dynamic independent team
•    Ability to understand business needs
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
•    Previous experience within online fraud and payments industry is preferred 
•    Good knowledge of “Microsoft Office” applications such as; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Must pass criminal and credit background checks
