About the Role

IGT is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for an exciting role to join our growing and vibrant Growth Marketing Services team. As a crucial member of our B2C full-service digital marketing operations solution, you will lead customer-centric strategies for multi-product iLottery and online real-money gaming customers. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the iLottery email marketing program is operating efficiently, effectively and driving the desired results. This includes providing support in the planning, design, and analysis of online player experience and email marketing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, with excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Implement email marketing strategy, including seamless communication throughout the player journey. This ranges from multi-touch communications such as game launches and promotions.
  • Maintain email marketing calendar to incorporate cross-functional initiatives into email correspondence.
  • Coordinate the development of designed and coded creative assets for email campaigns, ranging from initial asset requests to our creative team to launch.
  • Q/A all emails prior to deployment for accuracy in content and links.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of the company's email program and website. This includes measurement toward key performance indicators and goals.
  • Work with customer to build email marketing programs
  • Maintains Email Lists, Email Flows, Email List Segmentation
  • Build out email template flexibility
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer segments, send time and new features intended to drive performance lift.
  • Drive message and content personalization using available customer data such as customer behavior and transaction history.
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal teams.

About You

  • Two to four years of progressive experience in email marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, collaboration skills and the ability to get results.
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with email marketing software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another ESP (Email Service Provider).
  • Familiarity with list segmentation, journeys, API integration, and platform integration.
  • Solid understanding of the email landscape and trends.
  • Digital literacy with a focus in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Exhibit ability to build virtual rapport with team members
