IGT’s Office of Diversity, Equity E& Inclusion is a center of excellence within IGT’s People and Transformation team (other companies refer to “Human Resources”). The purpose of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is to drive and support the company’s efforts to create a fair and inclusive culture that values unity, diversity, and belonging in our people, players, customers, and community. 


The primary role of the Temporary Global Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is to assist with implementing  the global strategy to drive global diversity, equity  and inclusion (DEI) goals within IGT’s business and people systems through equitable and inclusive processes and systems, inclusive leadership development, leadership accountability, employee-centered programs, and communications. This person will also support other areas of DEI and corporate support talent matters work, as needed, to further evolve and execute IGT’s commitment to DEI.


This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with global remote teams, serving as a DEI contributor in people and business processes, organizational culture and transformation. The person in this position must have a record of living IGT’s corporate values – passionate, pioneering, responsible, authentic, and collaborative. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate awareness and understanding of and continued learning about systems that impact equity and inclusion and intersectional dimensions of diversity, including cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, gender identity, educational, age, sexual orientation, linguistic, professional, socio-economic, and other identities that make us unique



This position will work closely with the Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion to:

  • Collaborate with internal business units and process owners including Global Lottery, Global Gaming, PlayDigital and Corporate Support, People and Transformation, Compliance, Global Brand Marketing and Communications, Legal, and Finance. 
  • Coordinate mentorship and rotation programs.
  • Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing and Sustainability, People Communications, and Product teams to ensure DEI is reflected in brand, messaging, product development and customer and player (consumer) insights.
  • Assist in writing, editing, and evolving the Global Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and periodic progress reports, content across multiple platforms to relating to DEI initiatives, programs, metrics, tracking and successes. and communicate content via the company intranet, internal communications, corporate website, media releases, as appropriate.
  • Serve as a contributor to ensure equity and inclusion are embedded in systems, policies and processes that impact the employee experience including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Development and more. 
  • Assist with communicating  DEI strategic initiatives to internal and external audiences, including, customers, communities, shareholders, executive team, and the board of directors.
  • Participate in corporate culture transformation and permeation initiatives.
  • Manage and evolve external benchmarking surveys
  • Monitor program goals and metrics to track success.
  • Prepare senior leadership team, Board, and customer presentations.



  • Deep work experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, leadership development, communications, marketing, business, or related fields, preferred.
  • A strong understanding of DEI, including general exposure to talent management, talent development, and total rewards.
  • Broad and independent functional knowledge of DEI best practices.
  • Strong program management and/or data analytics capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including presentation skills.  
  • Must model inclusive behaviors as a colleague and manager and be able to engage in conversations with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders with ease.
