This position offers flexible patterns of work, requiring part time work from our Providence office and part time remote working.

Reporting to the Director of Treasury and Credit, the Credit Manager will support all aspects of global credit management. Along with strong analytical and communication skills, the ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized, flexible and motivated. 

Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:

  • Research, evaluate, and analyze information on customers located throughout the world from internal/external sources
  • Research global markets
  • Review and release orders that are on hold according to policy
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Makes logical and sound decisions while following established policies
  • Evaluate and provide credit risk and credit limit recommendations
  • Update and maintain customer databases within ERP system
  • Perform special projects as required by management
  • Assists in implementing and continuous adherence of credit policies and procedures
  • Contact and verify credit references
  • Respond to outside credit reference requests
  • Research/responds to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Establish and build collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Credit, Collections, Finance or Accounting experience
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • SAP experience preferred
