In this entrepreneurial team you will work closely with the People & Transformation (P&T) and Compensation leaders to lead in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to support PlayDigital’s business objectives. We need your expertise to help us continue to attract, engage and retain our talent. Oh, we almost forgot to mention… You will be part of an amazing team and we don’t like to brag but we believe our employees are the best in the industry.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis to help design and implement compensation programs
  • Lead in the development, implementation, communication and training of PlayDigital’s global broad-based and variable compensation programs.  Including sales commission plans.
  • Assess, analyze and provide recommendations on base pay programs including pay structures, job descriptions, job evaluations and market surveys, ensuring equity and legislative compliance.
  • Participate in salary surveys, survey analysis, and maintenance of survey database to analyze market competitiveness to internal positions as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analysis to review compensation issues, extracting and manipulating data as necessary from the HRIS.
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with People Partners and business leaders to build understanding and effective delivery of compensation programs and processes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization aka enjoy collaborating with many parts of the business.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing programs and processes tied to business objectives in global organizations.
  • Experience building models, providing analyses, and creating clear summarized reporting.
