Overview

The Commercial Director US Digital leads the US PlayCasino account management team and is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, implementing best practices in account management, and driving revenue growth in key markets. Strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives are critical to successful achievement.
 

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for B2B PlayCasino content in US market
• Coach and Develop Account Managers to optimize IGT performance, build strong customer relationships, develop effective customer account plans

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across commercial operators, ensuring the customer is highly satisfied with IGT PlayCasino products and services
• Develop and continuously improve sales tactics for each customer and product to meet or exceed established customer-specific revenue goals

• Collaborate with European and Canadian counterparts and Global Commercial VP to develop and implement strategies for Global Accounts
• Support omnichannel alignment strategy with land-based team
• Collaborate to define marketing and sales guidelines for games KPIs and revenue optimization
• Plan customer renewals in advance of contract end date, developing additional sales opportunities, assessing financial performance and liaising with legal and compliance teams
• Work with product teams on go-to-market strategy for new products
• Collaborates with VP on regular forecasting, including the development of long-range plan, annual targets, and sales quotas
• Regularly assesses the trends and competitive positioning of IGT’s products

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in digital gaming, either in operations or sales
* 5+ years of managing high performing teams, sales leadership preferred
* Industry experience in, gaming machine, VLT, ETGs and/or systems sales or casino operations preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
* Recognized as a strategic and operational leader with expert competence in developing customer relationships and sales planning and selling
* Able to balance IGT’s needs and outcomes with personal financial outcomes
* Has the ability to quickly develop expert knowledge of all or a majority of IGT products, IGT’s brand and the market positioning and sales strategies
* Has the ability to quickly develop expert knowledge of the competitive and regulatory landscape and of current competitive trends affecting customers in the region
