Sales Operations Analyst (f/m/x)

 

Being part of the Recurring Revenue Team of Sales Operations EMEA, you manage commercial data on IGT’s rental Slot Machine and systems business in the region.

You generate revenue forecasts, support the commercial aspects of IGT’s daily business and ensure accurate and easy to access data on the company’s recurring revenue operations in region.

This includes tracking the unit counts, fees and other commercial data of slot machines and casino online systems.

Based on the tracked data, you’ll provide regular reporting to local EMEA and corporate management teams.

Receiving, delivering and managing information, dealing with challenges and communicating back into the organization are key factors of this position.

Your Responsibilities

 

•    Support the sales team in driving IGT’s recurring revenue business 
•    Maintain up-to-date data repositories as the central source for business analysis, forecasting & operations activities 
•    Act as administrative counterpart to Sales on the commercial implementation of recurring revenue business strategies  
•    Analyze the recurring revenue business to provide overview and identify trends
•    Benchmark the recurring revenue business progress against Business Goals 
•    Act as subject matter expert on the commercial aspects of IGT’s recurring revenue business. 
•    Liase with Sales, Accounting, Financial planning, Legal and other departments to resolve issues and provide guidance on commercial implications
•    Support generation of commercial documents such as quotes, 
contracts, Go-Live or removal 
•    Actively drive sales governance and processes in addition 
to communications. Maintain policy items that require 
review and approval by bodies. 
•    May drive the execution of special initiatives and 
remedying plans including the integration of 
cross-functional teams to accomplish business 
objectives. 
 

Your Qualifications

 

•    Commercial education (HAK, B.A. or similar)
•    Detail oriented, methodical and analytical work style preferred 
•    Work experience in the area of sales operation and/or administration preferred 
•    Excellent German and English skills are required
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Excellent User-Level Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, lookup functions, etc)
•    Strong ability to logically analyze problems and develop solutions 
•    Ability to create a culture of shared values throughout 
•    the company in which people work together towards common 
and mutually recognized objectives 
•    Ability to learn in a fast paced environment 
•    SAP, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems are advantageous

According to Austrian law we are obligated to list the minimum salary
for this position. The minimum salary starts at € 2.620,00 gross per month
full time, however actual compensation is negotiable and will be based
on your qualifications and experience.
