Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for effectively processing all application types, enforcing effective communication from the field to the Lottery office and back to the field, while operating as an efficient Customer Service Center resolving all Field Representative, Retailer, and Customer inquiries. Support of all sales and marketing program initiative using telemarketing tools to drive retail sales.

  • Retailer Recruitment liaison – Works with Business Development team to identify prospects and prospect leads. Coordinates with IGT & NJ Lottery to report application status to team
  • Corporate Account Team Support – Works with Corporate Account Team to process applications, dispatch account issues, and assists with general account operations to aid corporate sales efforts.
  • Field Sales Staff Support – Assist field staff with retailer related inquiries and requests. Report on application status for Change of Ownership Requests
  • Process and forward all applications to NJ Lottery
  • License issuing and renewal processing and tracking
  • Filter, dispatch, and resolve all Customer Service Center calls and email inquiries
  • Track new retailer Installs and Removal
  • Process Retailer Status Change Requests
  • ITVM Placement processing

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of two years sales/marketing experience.

Other Requirements

  • Customer Service phone center skills
  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
