Introduction

We are looking for Sale Coordinator role in our Philippines office. Reporting to Sales Director, Asia, the Sale Coordinator is responsible for processing of quotations and sales orders and scheduling their distribution to ensure on-time delivery; liaises closely customers and with internal departments such as accounts, compliance, sales and customer service; supplies product information and may assist with the regular forecast of product requirements and stock levels. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the Sales Manager as well as the wider sales organization
  • To serve key account customers, client enquiries, revenue and sales order tracking
  • Application and procedural training for existing staff and new starters
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly data analysis and reporting
  • Complete documentation/presentation preparation
  • Diary Management, coordination of onsite/offsite meetings including agendas and venues
  • Accurate filing and office administration skills with regards to all documentation.
  • Internal support and reporting to Sales Department
  • Work closely with both internal IGT and Customers Logistical depts to provide document support for all machine and spare parts shipments between IGT and customers across the Asia
  • Prepare and maintain customer quotes on SAP Business One
  • Monitor and co-ordinate progress of quotes, orders and delivery dates
  • Liaise closely with Finance on credit control aspects and Operations department for configuration of orders to establish efficient order processing control

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a demanding international and multicultural sale environment
  • Exposure to a multinational organization and regional operation preferred
  • Self-starter who possesses outstanding comprehension and planning aptitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer operations
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work effectively within a multicultural team
  • Ability to grasp and adapt to new Technology and concepts
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP B1 system preferred
