We are looking for Implementation Specialist in our Philippines office. Reporting to Senior Manager Regional System Services (Asia), the Implement Specialist is responsible on supporting all IGT customers and to take the lead to implement IGT products into customer environment.

This position is considered as a technical lead on implementation and professional services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement advance and complex technology into casino operation environment
  • Maintains ongoing relationships with assigned IGT clients
  • Completes a variety of complex customer care and tasks and solves problems in creative, highly resourceful and effective way
  • Communicates and collaborates with a variety of teams and individuals globally to ensure achievement of the client’s goals
  • Develops and executes remediation plans for IGT clients
  • Ensures that the client is satisfied with company projects and services; works closely with project team and support team to deliver project goal and resolve any technical issue
  • Keeps project team management apprised of progress toward the resolution of all unresolved IGT issues of each assigned client
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all gaming activities in an environment where there are multiple projects to be across at the one time.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of new products, industry developments and innovations whilst ensuring that existing projects and activities are managed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years in similar position
  • With 5 or more years of experience in systems installation, maintenance and upgrades
  • Knowledgeable in the following areas is desirable:
    • Windows Server
    • VM
    • Cloud Technology
    • Networking
    • IT infrastructure
    • SSRS reporting
