The SPIELO brand represents a complete range of end-to-end gaming products for diverse gaming segments, including distributed government-sponsored markets, commercial casino markets, and Amusement With Prize (AWP) markets.

Responsibilities

  • Write technical documentation for casino systems software products, including Release Notes, Installation Guides, API, and references.
  • Gather and interpret complex technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage documentation tasks for multiple products simultaneously.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts in a collaborative, Agile environment to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
  • Build effective and productive relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to established documentation standards and processes.
  • Remain flexible for ad hoc documentation requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing or equivalent preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Must possess advanced skill level in MadCap Flare, MS Office 365 product suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SnagIt. Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD programs, HTML5, XML,CSS, Jira, and Confluence a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of interpersonal skills mandatory.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player with demonstrated ability independently manage projects, tasks and special assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision. Must be able to provide a portfolio of relevant work samples.
  • Casino systems and hardware experience preferred.
