Responsibilities

The system administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and reliable operation of IGT's IT Infrastructure including AD, SCCM, SCOM, Office 365 and related servers and services (DHCP, DNS, etc.). The system administrator seeks to ensure that the uptime, performance, resources and security of the systems they manage meet the needs of various IGT gaming operations and end-user computing.

  • Responsible for proactive monitoring, maintenance and configuration of various IT Infrastructure.  
  • Coordinate with various groups, troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.
  • Monitor incidents and service requests and provide appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Perform research on system technology and provide resolution to complex issues.
  • Administer and execute various activities as guided by management.
  • Develop complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with management and evaluate capacity for various systems.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

1-5 years of related experience is required.
