Responsibilities

If you are a technically skilled individual who can help drive products to market using your strong project management abilities, we would like to speak with you!  This position supports our Interactive product line and groups who create and allow for global wagering in the casino and lottery online game play arena.  the role is far reaching.  Your ability to navigate a global environment where you jump on board and manage different stake holders to resolve challenges, coordinate and take responsibility in a diverse and fast paced environment and projects will allow you to be the key Compliance team member we are looking for, and I’m sure you want to be!  If you want to come help move our newest technologies to customers in various jurisdictions around the world, please apply!


•    Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to define solutions that are in compliance with the respective regulations
•    Defining the need of certification and audit activities
•    Identify issues that threaten critical path to project completion and escalate as needed
•    Overseeing the certification phases of Interactive Gaming and Interactive Lottery Products, by directly interacting with independent testing laboratories as well as Gaming and Lottery authorities, in order to meet project timelines, deployment and launch dates and assuring projects are submitted as complete.
•    Tracking of approval information
•    Approving of SW deployments to various data centers, based on the assessment of the regulatory implications and – if needed – after reporting duties have been carried out.
•    Monitoring of regulations in Interactive Gaming and Interactive Lottery markets
•    Your communication skills will be utilized in ways where some information received is semi-complex requiring considerable explanation or interpretation. Sharp critical thinking skills allows you the ability needed to perceive alternative solutions to complex issues.
•    And as a passionate team player, you would be assigned other projects and tasks as assigned to you.

Qualifications

•    5 to 7 years of experience in a Product Compliance role and/or Project Management
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•    Understand the confidential nature of the regulatory activities.
•    Experience with Interactive Systems, preferably Interactive Gaming Systems is a plus.
•    Must be able to use resources effectively and analyze laws and regulations.
•    Must be able to work independently in a team-oriented environment. 
•    Must be able to provide direction or to effectively communicate regulatory knowledge and information to internal customers to help minimize the risk of non-compliance.
•    Must possess good oral and written communication skills and complete other special projects as assigned.

Preferred

•    JIRA experience a plus
•    Knowledge of IGT products a plus.
•    Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the gaming industry and understand the confidential nature of the regulatory activities a plus.
•    Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time and work effectively.
