***The working location for this position will be Eastern GTA***


  • Schedule technicians for Casino and Class II projects for Eastern Canada
  • Mainitaining a PM schedule for all of Eastern Canada
  • Maintain employee admin file
  • Code and approve Canadian invoices
  • Submit ,track Bell bills & follow up on unpaid/late paid bills
  • Create purchase requisitions for field services
  • Office credit card (pay bills with, hold, track & reconcile)

  • Monitor service notifications for Quebec (order parts, facilitate getting machines back IS)
  • Showroom – maintenance and support
  • Order office supplies
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Arrange team meetings – calendar, agenda, power point, minutes & arrange lunches for meetings – Ad Hoc
  • Print machine labels
  • Answer phones, track & screen call & help organize social events
  • Act as backup - MJP/Conversions/CSR/OMC
  • Set & assign security codes for door & alarm
  • Other duties as assigned and on as needed basis


  • 2+ years' experience with high volume email support.
  • Very detail oriented.
  • Touch typing skills at minimum 50 WPM a must.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Able to pass a Security Background Investigation
